Who is Emeline Lina Nsah?

Originally from Gabon, and having lived in the West for over two decades and in Canada for over a decade, I hold a bachelor's or degree in social sciences with a focus on history from the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès. This latter training was supplemented by a master's degree II in law, economics, and management with a focus on political science - international relations, specializing in Francophonie and globalization from the University of Lyon III Jean Moulin.

 

After working in the Quebec provincial public administration, I decided to return to school, pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Ottawa. My master's thesis focuses on public management and governance, specifically on integrity and ethics in the public service, in the case of the federal government, the Quebec provincial government and the European Union (EU) Commission. In addition, I also hold a college certificate in business administration - human resources management from Collège la Cité. Professionally speaking, I have acquired significant experience in customer service in the private sector for over 18 years (H&M France, Laura Canada, Miniso Canada, etc.).

 

Furthermore, I worked for the public sector, in public administration and human resources management, in health in Quebec, Montreal and on the south shore of Montreal, in Montérégie, between 2019 and 2023, as a research assistant specializing in data and administrative agent in public administration specializing in internal and external staffing, where I developed my skills in communication, project management, personnel evaluation, payroll management, data system management (HRIS) and human resources management (HRM).

 

Furthermore, I am passionate about issues of integrity, ethics, corruption and anti-corruption in the public sector, management, public governance, environment, energy, social acceptability, and pharmaceutical crime. I am also involved in community activities, including coordinating events for the Confederation of the Multicontinental Gabonese Diaspora - G10, coordinating activities related to treasury, economic affairs and immigration.
